Understanding our client’s requirements fully before locating candidates.
Candidates are initially pre-screened by our recruiter to ensure it is a good fit and that the candidate is serious about the opportunity.
Candidates are then interviewed, usually in person to evaluate their communication and their basic technical skills levels.
If candidate passes the first interview, they are then subjected to an in depth technical interview.
We will have the candidate take drug and background test, and do reference checks.
If the candidate makes it through all the steps will we present candidate to the client.
