- Candidates are initially pre-screened by our recruiter to ensure it is a good fit and that the candidate is serious about the opportunity.
- Candidates are then interviewed, usually in person to evaluate their communication and their basic technical skills levels.
- If candidate passes the first interview, they are then subjected to an in depth technical interview.
- We will have the candidate take drug and background test, and do reference checks.
- If the candidate makes it through all the steps will we present candidate to the client.
